Superb, large and rare limited edition canvas on board print, depicting a woman standing on either the deck of a cruise ship, a pier or a promenade, overlooking a cityscape, on a dusky evening. This fabulous piece is beautifully framed, in a bold gallery frame, and is by the British artist Mark Spain (b.1962 ).
Mark Spain trained in technical graphics at Medway College of Art where upon graduating he set up a print studio in Kent producing original etchings and collographs. He exhibited his works extensively across the UK and found his figurative oil paintings were particularly well received, and he was soon signed to one of the UK's leading publishing houses, the Washington Green Partnership.
