Tranquil original watercolour painting, depicting a small boat, tethered in an estuary, by American artist Judy Harmon.

Judy Harmon grew up in New England, and studied art at Miami University, Ohio. She also took courses in commercial art at Pratt Institute's evening school in Brooklyn, and worked as an assistant to the art director of a PR firm in New York for five years. She has exhibited in numerous shows, and her work appears in many private and corporate collections across the United States.
