- Very large original acrylic painting on canvas, depicting a portrait of a Scottish Highland Cow, with 'Diamond Dust' sprinkled across the image to create a wonderful shimmering effect, it is beautiful presented in a bold gallery frame. This original work is entitled 'Highland Charm', and is by the British contemporary artist Jenny Bardell, formely known as Jennifer Hogwood, (b.1980 ).Jennifer Hogwood, now known as Jenny Bardell, was born in Bedfordshire, England, a creative child who grew up in a rural village, and loved to spend time outdoors in the rolling countryside, horse riding and playing with friends. She never had any formal art-training, and her trademark Highland Cows, known as 'The McMoos', are a product of her love of animals, her desire to grow as an artist, and were a way to brighten up her home, at a time when she couldn't afford to buy original art.
