Large original limited edition print on canvas on board, beautifully presented in a bold gallery frame, depicting a portrait of a pig. This quirky and uplifting work is entitled 'Happy Days', and is by the British contemporary artist Debbie Boon (b.1960 ).
Debbie Boon graduated from Loughborough College of Art in 1980 and initially worked as a graphic designer and illustrator. Throughout the nineties and into the new millennium she became well known as a children’s book illustrator, before establishing herself as a professional artist. Today her works grace the walls of numerous boutique hotels, including Michael Caine’s signature restaurant in the Royal Clarence Hotel in Exeter. They are also exhibited at royal locations including St James’s Palace, Hampton Court Palace and the Palace of Holyroodhouse, in the Concours of Elegance exhibition, as well as being choosen for the Royal Box at The Royal Windsor Show.- Signed and numbered by the artist lower right- Number 68 of only 95 limited edition prints on board ever produced
