Large, humorous limited edition silkscreen print, depicting the stylised figures, of a man playing an accordion with an attentive dog seated at his feet, next to a transportable beach hut.  This light-hearted work is entitled 'The Beach Hut', and is by the very quirky and renowned, contemporary artist Annora Spence (b.1963 ).

Annora Spence initially studied printed textiles at Liverpool and Birmingham, but since 1992 she has concentrated on her original paintings. She has exhibited extensively in the UK and abroad and her paintings and prints can be found in private and corporate collections throughout the world.  Many of Annora's ideas are derived from extensive travels thoughout Asia and Europe, drawing inspiration from characters and situations she encounters. She builds layers of tone and texture with a variety of media and her colour palette ranges from warm and rich to subtle and pale. Her work has a narrative quality often displaying eccentric characters and animals in comic situations.
