- Original watercolour painting, depicting a herd of cows, gathered together beside a fence in a countryside pasture. This bright and uplifting original work is by the Yorkshire artist Angus Rands (1922-1985), and is a rare, quirky departure form his usual Yorkshire countryside landscapesAngus Bernard Rands was born in Ilkley in West Yorkshire, he had no formal art training, and instead studied pharmacy, and worked as a business representative, before becoming a full-time artist in 1960.
